(At least Microsoft is in school right?) Microshaft is currently working on IE8 and has done something they rarely do. They are using there collective brains and have come up with IE8 standards which will, by default, interpret web content in the most standards compliant way it can. (pretty intelligent right? it’s a fluke) So what does this mean to the masses of people on the internet everyday? Not much unless you are an uber geek like myself. (Come on in the water’s great!!) This does have an effect on web developers who want their content to work well in IE8 and solemnly Microsoft still controls a big chunk of that market. So it looks like conformity is a lifestyle for web developers who want to keep their company above the red.
